about

Gander in the Pratie Hole is popular in any Irish session and great to share with our many guest musicians. Music for a Found Harmonium is a Penguin Cafe Orchestra classic and has been lovingly adopted by the global folk community following the Irish band Patrick Street’s recording.

Our take on this tune features many of our guest musicians from across the music divide with James Gulek, Yair Katz and Victoria Vigenser holding down the rhythm. We looked to take this tune to unlikely places with Jim Perkins let loose with his blistering finger and Hanna Wiskari Griffiths float the ether and punch out ton Alto sax. Super fun set of tunes to play
